Br-easy Baby™ Terms of Use & Safety Warnings
WARNING: YOUR INFANT'S SAFETY IS YOUR #1 RESPONSIBILITY. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS BEFORE USE. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE WARNINGS MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY.
This document is a critical part of your Rental Agreement. You must adhere to these terms at all times.
1. Proper Installation & Use

For External Use Only: The Br-easy Baby™ device must only be attached to the exterior surface of your infant's cranial remodeling helmet.

Suction Cup Attachment:
-
Ensure the helmet surface is clean and free of debris.

Press the suction cups firmly onto a smooth, flat area of the helmet away from any existing vents or ridges.

Gently tug on the device to ensure a secure connection. Check this connection frequently.

Operation: Press the power button to activate the fan. The fan is designed for low-power, quiet operation.

Charging: Use only the charging cable provided. Do not use third-party chargers. Never charge the device while it is attached to the helmet or near the infant.
2. CRITICAL SAFETY WARNINGS

[!] ADULT SUPERVISION REQUIRED: NEVER leave your infant unattended while the Br-easy Baby™ is attached or operating. Constant monitoring is required.

[!] NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE: This is a comfort accessory only. It does not provide any medical or therapeutic benefit. It is not a substitute for medical advice or prescribed treatment. Always follow the guidance of your pediatrician and orthotist regarding the helmet itself.

[!] RISK OF DETACHMENT: Suction cups can fail. Frequently check that the device is securely fastened to the helmet. Do not allow the infant to pull on the device or charging cord.

[!] ELECTRICAL HAZARD:

Keep the device and charger away from water or other liquids.

Do not use the device if it appears damaged, cracked, or if the battery compartment is compromised.

Stop use immediately if the device feels unusually hot to the touch.

[!] NOT A TOY: The device contains small parts and is not intended for play. Keep it out of reach of children when not in use.

[!] SLEEPING PRECAUTION: We recommend consulting your pediatrician before using the device while the infant is sleeping for long periods (e.g., overnight). Ensure the device cannot become detached and create an unsafe sleep environment.

[!] CARSEAT: Do not use while a child is in a car seat.
3. Contraindications (Do NOT use if):

Your infant's helmet has a soft, porous, or highly textured surface that prevents secure suction.

Your medical provider has advised against using any accessories with the helmet.

Your infant has known skin sensitivities or allergies to medical-grade plastics.
-
The device interferes with the proper fit or function of the helmet as determined by your orthotist.
4. Emergency Procedures

If the device detaches and falls: Immediately retrieve the device. Check your infant for any sign of injury or distress. Inspect the device for damage before reattaching.

If you suspect overheating: Immediately detach the device from the helmet and move it away from your infant. Contact Cool Kids LLC support.
