Br-easy Baby™ Purchase & Rental Cancellation Policy
At Br-easy Baby™, we know that helmet therapy can be a stressful time for both you and your little one. We want to make sure your experience with our cranial helmet cooling system is as smooth and worry-free as possible. Below is our cancellation, return, and subscription policy for both our Outright Purchase and Monthly Rental options.
1. Outright Purchases ($599.00)
Order Cancellation (Before Shipment) If you have purchased a Br-easy Baby™ system outright and wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been processed for shipping, we will cancel it and issue a full 100% refund to your original payment method.
14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (After Shipment) We proudly offer a 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for outright purchases. If you receive your Br-easy Baby™ fan and it does not meet your expectations or work for your baby’s specific helmet setup, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date.

To initiate a return: Please contact our support team to request return instructions.

Condition: To be eligible for a full product refund, the device must be returned in its original packaging, clean, undamaged, and with all original accessories.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Monthly Rental Program ($150 Upfront, then $50/Month)
We offer a flexible rental program because we understand that helmet journeys vary in length.
How the Rental Billing Works When you sign up for the rental program, you will be charged a $150.00 upfront fee. This fee is non-refundable and covers your first three (3) full months of renting the Br-easy Baby™ system.

If your helmet journey ends before the 3 months are up, you are simply done! You can return the unit to us, but please note that the initial $150 fee cannot be prorated or refunded.

Starting on Month 4, your payment method on file will automatically be billed $50.00 per month until the unit is returned to us.
Canceling Your Monthly Rental You may cancel your rental at any time once your baby has completed their helmet therapy or if you no longer need the device.

To stop the $50/month billing: You must notify us of your cancellation and provide proof of return shipping (a tracking number) before your next billing cycle hits.

Billing is only officially paused/canceled once the unit is in transit back to us.

Please log in to your customer account portal on our website to manage your subscription, or contact our support team directly for return instructions.
Returning the Rental Unit

The rental unit must be returned in good, working condition (normal wear and tear is expected and accepted) with all original charging cables and accessories.

If the unit is never returned to us, the monthly $50.00 billing will continue, or you may be charged the remaining balance to equal the full retail price of the unit ($599.00).
3. General Return & Cancellation Terms

Return Shipping: For both 14-day guarantee returns and rental returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the unit arrived defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee refunds or subscription cancellations for items lost in transit.

Medical Device Hygiene: Because this product is used in close contact with your baby, please ensure it is gently wiped down and free of heavy residues before returning it.
