Br-easy Baby™ Return & Warranty Policy
We created Br-easy Baby™ to help make your little one’s helmet journey more comfortable. However, we understand that every baby and every helmet is unique, and sometimes things just don’t work out as hoped.
If you need to return your device or if you experience a hardware issue, please review our policies below.
14-Day Standard Returns
We offer a 14-day return window for our cooling systems, starting from the day your order is delivered. If the device doesn't fit your helmet or simply doesn't work for your family, you can send it back for a refund.

Condition Requirements: Because this product is used in close contact with your baby, returned units must be clean, free of heavy residue, and include all original parts, accessories, and packaging.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot process refunds for items lost in transit.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned unit, we will issue a refund for the product to your original payment method. (Note: Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable).
Manufacturing Warranty: We've Got You Covered
As parents ourselves, we know how much you rely on gear that actually works. We take pride in the quality of the Br-easy Baby™ system and will fix or replace units that experience manufacturing issues.

What is covered: Internal hardware failures, battery defects, and manufacturing flaws that prevent the device from operating as intended.

What is not covered: Normal wear and tear, accidental damage (like dropping the unit or water damage), or unauthorized modifications.

Warranty Shipping: Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranty claims. This includes the cost of shipping the defective unit back to us. We will handle the labor and parts required for the repair or provide the replacement unit at no additional cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return or Warranty Claim
To get started, please follow these steps:

Explain the reason for your return. If you are claiming a manufacturing defect, please attach a short video or photo showing the issue so our tech team can diagnose it quickly.

Receive your instructions. Our support team will reply within 48 hours with the return shipping address and the next steps.
